Pratt Dey, Chief Executive Officer
Pratt Dey brings over 15 years at AWS at the center of complex technology deal-making — pricing multi-billion dollar cloud commits for the Worldwide Public Sector, structuring global partner collaboration agreements under the Partners & Alliances Organization, and evaluating equity investments in cloud-native startups through corporate development.
Prior to leading Strategic Partner Collaboration & Governance, Pratt served as Executive Director of Complex Deal Pricing & Cloud Economics for AWS Worldwide Public Sector from 2014–2021 — building a global organization from scratch that drove multi-billion dollar revenue commitments and became one of the fastest-growing initiatives in AWS history.
Before joining Amazon, Pratt led multiple deals and finance organizations at Microsoft and Dell for over a decade. He holds a postgraduate degree in AI and Machine Learning from the University of Texas, Austin, an MBA from Rice University, a master's degree in engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Pia Dey, Chief Finance Officer
With over twenty years of progressive career as a finance leader and entrepreneur, Pia brings hands-on leadership from her experience at big tech companies including Microsoft and Dell. She was the founder of Zillion Consulting, which she ran successfully as a "preferred vendor" of Microsoft for a decade before co-founding aptAI.
Pia is also known for her leadership and impact while serving on the boards of multiple social impact organizations. She is currently the Treasurer and board member of Women with Potential, a rising social-impact organization focusing on career and leadership development for women.
Pia holds an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science & Technology, India.
