You never upload a contract. Deal intelligence is captured through structured fields — vendor, deal type, discount range, commitment size, deal structure. No document, no risk.

Full anonymization
Benchmark data is aggregated and anonymized. No individual company's deal terms are ever attributed or identifiable in the output. Your data contributes to ranges, not to any single data point.

Mutual NDA before any sharing
A mutual NDA is signed before the deal intelligence form is unlocked. Both parties are bound — aptAI's obligations to you are identical to yours to us.

No training on your data
Deal intelligence you submit is used only to build aggregate benchmarks. It is never used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or used to inform any other company's negotiation.

You own your contribution
You can request deletion of your contributed data at any time. We will purge it from all systems within 30 days. You are never locked in.

Encryption & access controls
All submitted data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is role-based, logged, and limited to the aptAI founding team only.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Every design partner signs a mutual NDA before the deal intelligence form is unlocked. It covers all non-public information exchanged — deal data, product roadmap, pricing discussions, and session content. Bilateral and binding on both parties.

After the NDA is signed, fill in the structured deal intelligence form below — vendor mix, deal structure, discount ranges, commitment size. No raw documents. Takes 15–20 minutes. This is the core contribution that builds the benchmark database.

Run at least one real use case through aptAIvisor — a renewal, a new deal, a redline review, or a pricing benchmark. We want real output, not simulated demos.

Monthly 45-minute feedback session
One call per month with the aptAI founders — structured agenda, candid feedback on what worked and what didn't. Six sessions over the program.

Closing survey at program end
A 10-minute structured debrief covering ROI, platform value, and what you'd change. Your candid answers shape the GA launch.
