aptAI Group LLC ("aptAI," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company incorporated in Texas, United States. aptAIvisor is an AI-powered contract intelligence platform currently in pre-launch development.

2. Waitlist & Early Access

By joining the aptAIvisor waitlist, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific features.
Founding member pricing and trial offers are subject to availability and may be modified prior to launch.
aptAI reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel the product launch without liability.
We will use your contact information solely to communicate about aptAIvisor and related updates.

3. Use of the Demo

Access to the interactive demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. The demo uses simulated data and does not represent actual contract analysis, pricing intelligence, or financial advice. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize demo content without written permission.
Use the demo to reverse-engineer proprietary methodologies.
Represent demo outputs as actual market data or financial benchmarks.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

aptAIvisor provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing on this website, in the demo, or in any communication from aptAI Group LLC constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
